
Take yourself on a journey with your breath! Breathwork as a form of healing & transformation has been used by many cultures for millennia. The breath meets us where we are and brings us the experience, we're ready for and that we allow. Possible experiences can include release of tension and stress, greater alignment with Source and your Higher Self, spiritual awakenings, or "just" blissful relaxation. Each experience is gorgeously unique! Yoga mats provided, please bring your nest items and water. Pre-registration is required.
